課程概述 |
This course is designed for gratudate students majored in civil engineering and urban planning. Theoreies and practices related to land development and management will be introduced. Recognizing the imprtance of land development in the process of urban development, this course will introduce basic knowledge related to property rights, land use regulation, land delelopment control and real estate market analysis and finacial management. In addition, field trip will be arranged. |

The purpose of this course is to introduce the rlationship between land development and urban planning to our students, also the function and required skills for land development will be included. |

Mid-term and Final exams are required in addition to the final report. |
